Blurb | Photo Books

I got the album and all photos are blurry. Very disappointed! And of course now I won’t recommend this app. Also not easy to change photos in album.

Cannot even change the color of the text. No tools at all. Love blurb, but the app is too simple

Hello! I m sorry i put only two stars because it was impossible to edit pictures: no matter how many times I tried the constructor still gave me the picture which was not how I wanted it

Can’t really use the app as you can only choose between two small formats… disappointing.

You can only order individual books. You’ll have to pay shipping for each titel! Making profit off of shipping is as low as it gets!

JESSICA was brilliant dealing with my problems., got my refund, this is an excellent way to deal with a customer who was unhappy. My 7x7 memory book had 11 photos with heads 1/2 chopped, I think some was my mistake as well. I am happy with Blurb but, their site is not as friendly to use as it used to be. The platforms to,use for photos,in a larger 10x8 NOT easy. I use not one of the 4-5 to import the photos. Arghhh, but Jessicayou we’re a trooper, thank you. I actually never complained about the postage?? Maybe you should read my review again, it was in other reviews.

Blurb completely screwed up my order, and when I called customer support, only an answering machine picked up. No support or help at all!

Would be a lot better if you could make More then just photo books. I know almost every self book printing company caterers to people who only want to make a book of their photos but there are those who want to publish more then just that. The company itself supports more then just photo book printing on their website and with other plug ins to adobe and with their computer app. Why are iPad users being grouped into only one service provided?
