I had been using BluSmart cabs for more than a year now and what amazed me that every driver are polite and excellent in service. Compared to other cab service BluSmart cabs really set my expectations high
I wanted to contact customer support for cancelling a wrongly booked ride, but was left high and dry as there seems to be no support to connect the customer to any kind of support or clarification that was needed.
They will block your amount for long time. They wont book ride for u. Or cancel ur ride at last moment.
The ride reached very late, I missed my meeting. Poor service, charges were taken in advance, no chance to cancel the ride or change. Drivers don’t know how to approach location. Very bad experience on first ride.😞
BluSmart - very smart
Car cleanliness, driver etiquette, traffic law compliance - all have gone down sharply recently. Only reason to book BluSmart now is no cancellations.
This upstart (no longer a mere startup) is very well on the way to stay ahead of the curve with their clear vision and impeccable execution. Understanding the need of the hour and capitalising on it maintaining professional integrity appear ingrained in their organisational DNA.
I prebooked a ride from railway station and asked the driver whether he will come or not. He asked me to walk as to avoid traffic near railway station. I walked nearly a kilometre with luggage only for the driver to not pick up the call afterwards. And there is no option to lodge a complaint or any customer support. Poor. Pathetic.
