The app is really unresponsive
The bug is really buggy and unresponsive. Functionalities are limited. I won’t recommend it at all
can not work well for iPhoneＸ
it is always crashed when I log in
It’s ok
It’s weird how sometimes it scans your face twice back to back then tells you it can’t log you in. Then if you use Face ID again, you’re signed in. Update: the solution provided by BMO unfortunately did not fix the issue.
Errors so many
Keep showing something's up on our end. Never fix it. Because of this issue, i am thinking that move the service to others.
Cant load accounts most the time
When trying to load account it just says try again over and over
Accounts stopped upgrading
Balances of almost all accounts stopped upgrading. As a result, I stopped using these accounts and started transferring money to another bank.
So stupid
I don’t like this app it is so stupid and I hate it
nothing will work on the app for me, can’t even see how much money i have
needs an update asap.
Under Maintenance 24/7, 365
As far as I can remember there hasn’t any day where this app isn’t under maintenance. Either I can’t log-in, can’t view my balance, can’t transfer money and other more due to “maintenance”
