I couldn’t come to my tracking, may be some wrong with Registration-ID?? How it exactly looks like? I put the Reg. ID from email, but nothing happend 🤔

Our official event app brings you closer to one of the world’s largest running and inline skating events. Equipped with valuable information and great features it’s the most useful tool for participants and spectators to get ready for the unique BMW BERLIN-MARATHON.
Our new as well as improved features will accompany you as usual in your preparation for the entire marathon week:
- Live tracking of up to 10 runners based on split times (no GPS tracking).
Important: The tracking is only available in the app after the event weekend.
- Routing and search function in the interactive HERE course map and the interactive MARATHON EXPO hall map
- New photo frames in the cool BMW BERLIN-MARATHON 2023 design incl. sharing function to share your selfies and snapshots via social media and messenger services
- FAQ about the race weekend 2023
- Side events: stay up to date and be part of the events next to the marathon course
Notes:
- If you already have a version of the app from previous years installed on your device, we recommend deactivating and reinstalling it so that you can use all features smoothly.
- Participants need their registration ID for full use, which they will receive with their start card mailing
- Few features such as the tracking service or sharing features require an internet connection. Especially in crowded areas, mobile reception cannot always be guaranteed.

I can't log in to the app!!! The site does not have this problem. Does the app work with ID for 2020?
Question
How can I track some athletes if I am a visitor? In menu tracked athletes there is a text “navigate to search athletes to track”. But I can’t find the item “search athletes”. Can you help me, please?
Strecke für Berlin Marathon wird nicht angezeigt
Unter Strecke und Einstellungen sind keine Auswahlmöglichkeiten. Einstellungen ist leer. Bei meiner Frau geht es. iPhone 12 mit iOS 17. Update: nachdem ich die App zweimal neu installiert habe, ging es auf einmal.

Minimale Funktionen mit viel Verbesserungspotential
Tracking von maximal 10 Athleten ist ein Witz. Jede andere Major-Tracking App hat außerdem mehr Statistiken zur Übersicht, mit fehlen hier Splits oder durchschnittliche Pace der letzten Abschnitte oder der Tempoverlauf über das Rennen. Nehmt euch zB ein Beispiel der App vom Chicago Marathon. Zu den Features außerhalb vom Tracking kann ich nichts sagen.

Die App startet. Und dann? Ohne Nutzwert während des Rennens
Kein Stream?
Laut Webseite kann man angeblich Livestream verfolgen. Gibt es aber nicht oder es ist zu gut versteckt. Sinnfrei, wenn man kein Teilnehmer ist.
Streckenanzeige funktioniert nicht
Ich habe mir die App heruntergeladen, um als Zuschauer eine Karte mit dem Streckenverlauf zur Verfügung zu haben. Leider wird die Strecke auf der Karte mit wirren Verläufen und Unterbrechungen dargestellt.
