You can’t save the documents for KYC verification and can’t proceed further without KYC.. every documents need to be ready to upload once app is downloaded, you can’t save this KYC verification for your convenience even if you did it it take hell lots of time to verify and gives issues
Been more than 24 hours and still no verification email.
Service fee is really high!! If their aim is to get foreign currency, they need to reduce it before people use other apps with less fees.
Can’t even register. Too slow.
There is no icon I can press to register my new number. My old password doesn’t work, it keeps saying sign in with new number, but there’s nowhere to sign in.
Made complicated and horrible service. Also, worst service ever.
The app is too slow. It takes ages to open any tap. Tried a simple step, checking my balance and it took me 3 times closure of the app and keeps loading but not displaying the desired output.
After the rebrand app, I am not able to login.

Bnb changed their logo, and since the app had to be updated. It isn’t working at all. Can’t log in
