Issues Screen locks during video When screen locks it makes you go back and repeat everything in that section before moving on. PLEASE STOP WASTING MY TIME. Especially since this is required Allow a person to speed up the speaker. It’s very slow and for people like me to be able to focus it needs to move faster. And then for the app and the mobile site to lock and repeat. That’s just the first lesson and I’m frustrated.
For the amount of $$$$ that BNI charges us to be members, there is no excuse for such shoddy tech.
I’ve tried everything (I think) but the app crashes every time I use it. Sometimes I can listen to one or two podcasts before it happens, but now it just won’t stay open at all. Also, the organization of the site is not user friendly. Why is there no menu just for podcasts? Why don’t we get auto-credit in BNI connect when a session is completed? Do the two programs not speak to each other? Both sites and apps could use some upgrades. It surprises me since BNI is made up of professionals. Hire somebody to make both more user friendly. PLEASE
BNI wants us to use this app to listen to the BNI podcasts. Unfortunately, there is no way to fast forward or rewind, the podcast turns off if I turn off my screen, and I have had issues where the podcast restarts at the beginning, especially terrible since there is no way to scrub forward.
This platform is promoted across the bni community. We are expected to complete CEUs but this app delivers one of the worst client experiences I’ve ever had within an app. It is not mobile friendly. It won’t load. It crashes. The platform of having “slide presentations” and quizzes should not be in this mobile app layout.

Whether it’s BNI U, or BNI connect, BNI tech is constantly failing/glitching/timing out after 15 seconds. It is the most frustrating thing, there has to be hundreds if not thousands of business in BNI as a whole that could develop better software/apps/websites/portals. This is embarrassing.
Is this app an accurate representation of BNI? One should hope not! The app is anything but intuitive. When I am finally able to click through to listen to a course, I hear an Australian robot reading a script. It's just bad. So bad in so many ways.
