I am unable to receive an OTP in my Japanese number. Tried both way, prefix zero with my mobile number and without prefix zero. Seems waste of money if not received OTP in my Japanese mobile phone.

Multiple times installed / attempted to connect the app but same error for mandatory firmware update “ tap update to install firmware “ but that update button not working. Tried 2 days 15 times on iPhone but not successful

Very very poor experience with boat, raised an escalation more than 10 days ago on activities not syncing but no response. Please return this watch & refund my money.

Boat is only good in sounds rest of its products are just waste of money same like this app which does not even load a single thing

This app is totally idiotic, always have some issues after opening it even couldn’t change watch faces!! Fire bolt and noise brand is much better than this Boat brand repenting after being customer of this brand …

I am not getting otp to Indian number. I have been try for it since yesterday. Still has not got the otp. Disgusting app.

I have been using this app for few months now. From above a month. It has started crashing as soon as the activity sync starts with the watch.I have a boAt wave Astra. It was working earlier perfectly, but now neither Data it’s synchronising not app is stable. Kindly help help with resolution.

The app is all good to connect with my lunar call pro without any issues. The only concern is the sync feature happening every time I open the app to update or check something. We understand that the active sync with the watch is mandatory, but this sync doesn't allow me to perform any operation until its completed. I get annoyed by this and it makes my experience with the app uncomfortable. Please improve this and make the sync to happen in the background and let me perform any other operation while I'm using the app. Hope this is noticed.

I’m sure some students in class could from studious Kildare tip secure passing marks…there management is 100% alike. But pathetic & cheap copy though. Soooo noisy these so called start up “entrepreneurs” are proud of what?
