The app is crash after update new version

The app is not opening after updating on latest version. Please fix this issue. Thank you

There was a time when I thought that bob app is the best out there, but during last few years, app started freezing, not showing my balance, can’t access my account at all! And the most DUMB thing I noticed is EVERY SINGLE TIME you need to RE install the app in order to UPDATE, and if you are out of India, it simply stops working, while the ph number is working well!! I don’t know what kind of developers got changed, but it’s not good at all!!

Worst app ever. It won’t load passbook, won’t assist with other services, just can be opened and closed.

App doesn’t open

Opened new account but can’t login to app and when I call customer care and enter last four digit of my account it says no record for this account

App suddenly stopped loading. Now gives error invalid request. Restarted device, reinstalled app many times and using mobile data. No luck

I recently tried using the bank's iOS app, and to say it was a frustrating experience would be an understatement. It's as if the developers decided to throw in every possible feature they could think of, without considering whether they were actually practical or needed. This results in a cluttered and confusing app that makes it difficult to perform even the most basic banking tasks. Overall, my experience with this bank's iOS app was nothing short of a headache. It's a prime example of how a seemingly simple task like checking recent transactions can become needlessly complicated due to poor app design and an overload of unnecessary features. I would strongly advise the bank to streamline their app and prioritize user-friendliness if they want to retain their customers.

Worst mobile banking application. Not even shows the transaction history properly. Too many unused listings on the app.
