Time for an overhaul on App and Website. HIRE AN IT AND PAY THEM TO FIX ISSUES ONCE AND FOR ALL
For years BOC’s private clients have been voicing problems with the App and Website. Private Clients can’t use the BOC Retail App which has had a recent update. This App hasn’t been updated in 3yrs for private clients?! This big corporate company doesn’t funnel money for an IT to do an overhaul and make sure their App and Website runs properly for their private clients? TAKING THIS TO THE NEWS IF THIS COMPANY KEEPS ON IGNORING CLIENTS STAR RATINGS, COMMENTS AND VOICE CALLS TO THE COMPANY WITH COMPLAINTS ABOUT FIXING THE LONG OVERDUE ISSUES!!!
