I’ve been using this app for over 5 years and I don’t think I’ll ever stop. They’re great

It really help me change from being fat to muscular.

This app changed my life. I had never regularly lifted weights before, and this app with its customization, instructional videos, and specific adaptations to my needs was what got me there. It has made a huge difference in my health. Thank you BodBot!

To break out of the 7 day planned muscle groups. Otherwise this app has saved my life, ty for what you do!

At age 58 and suffering from severe sciatica, the exercises I get from BodBot help keep the pain at a minimum to nonexistent as well as eliminated the need for surgery. I have recommended BodBot to several friends with similar problems.

I won’t lie sometimes other apps catch my eye. I try them, they don’t come close to the benefits I get from BodBot so I come back. I love the variety of exercises as well as having the warm up & cool down already specified in the workout. And the biggest factor..I get results. This is one of my forever apps.

I was looking at the app and wanted to try it but before I knew it money was deducted off my account during this so called trail period I knew this was not the app for me. I am conservative, and the models that are used to perform the demo of the exercise are dressed in less than conservative clothing. which makes me feel uncomfortable.. I emailed support straight away with no reply twice. "The so called trail period". Think now I have paid for it might as well try the workouts, Regarding the work outs, no matter how I play with the settings it seems very focused on upper body workouts, it appears that you can add workouts to your schedule but I would like this app to include other muscle groups.

The only option

I really want this app to work for me but so far it's lame at best. It takes a lot of input from the user but even that doesn't guarantee a good workout. I have settings on high difficulty and some workouts hardly move my heartbeats from resting state. Lot of repetition in the exercises, and it doesn't engage half of the equipment you record in the settings. And on top of it all the app went off the page today and start changing numbers at will and resetting settings. Huge annoyance. I can't recommend the investment in this app. It's not ready for Primetime or at best if you like light workouts then it may be for you.

I like the style of the app where it conforms to the person with food intake, reps, the amount of weight. I’m still new at it, but it seems like a good stepping stone for getting back in the gym
