I absolutely love this app. It has been a lifesaver for me during the pandemic when I couldn’t get to classes. There is such a huge range that I can always find something to do to suit my mood, from super challenging to some lovely gentle and relaxing sessions. This means there is no excuse for not getting in my mat everyday.

I LOVE BCP Central. New videos are uploaded every month and are categorised into workouts, workshops and tutorials. As a BCP Teacher, I can do a Pilates programme whenever I want for any length of time. I also pass on any new mat variations onto my clients. All the BCP Teachers are second to none!

I have found the these classes hugely helpful with either practicing yourself but also to study the exercises in detail and teacher styles whilst studying for Matwork Certification.

We all know Pilates is amazing, but due to life, work and social schedules, you can’t always get to your class. This app has brilliant pilates clips from 20 minutes to over an hour. You can pick a general class or pick specific subjects. All areas of pilates are covered from a simple mat class to a tower/reformer class if you have access to that equipment. There are even anatomy workshops included if you want to learn a little more about your body. For your phone, tablet or computer. Pilates when you want it.

I love this app. The classes are inspiring and everything is clearly demonstrated. It inspires and educates and keeps my own lesson plans diverse and interesting. Thank you BCP !

The quality and knowledge of teaching from Body Control shines through in this app. Easy to navigate and with a wide selection of programs from masterclasses, theory, lesson inspiration or just some fun pilates for yourself from some of the best teachers in the pilates games, this app is a must for anyone interested in keeping their pilates game sharp.

I am very upset to discover that a Body Control Pilates App I bought, in good faith, is no longer accessible. Whilst I appreciate you may have upgraded what you offer that is not what I purchased or what I want. Neither do I wish to spend more money when the App I purchased met my needs.
