This program is so detailed, I can’t see how I could fail, meal plan, Nutrition and macros already worked out for you, workout plan exercises, alternatives and A great support platform, all you need to do is execute the plan! I Definitely recommend for women 40 +
I’m 66 going on 67, and still have not gotten my dream body yet, I so want this !!! I kept saying by such and such age, I would get on stage to compete ha! Well all that took a back seat because of well “Life” and not prioritizing my self and loving me the way I should , ohhh how things change dramatically as we age on top of everything else….. I believe this is the right one for me and am truly focused on it from here on out ……!!!
Very easy to use and I love that it times everything for you while also showing a video of how to do the exercises in good form. They’ve really thought of everything.
