the app lags and crashes more frequently than i would like considering it's supposed to be straight forward and easier to use than the website. could probably use an update🤷🏼‍♀️

It won’t let me check out at all

I’ve ordered from here a bunch of times and then saw there was an app and got excited to order new stuff. I get done adding stuff to my cart and go to check out and i get a pop up that says the shipping protection is unavailable and then a remove from cart and go to cart option. I click remove from cart but the pop up just keeps appearing never going away and never letting me order. Nothing in my cart is sold out and I don’t even have the protection plan in my cart. it just refuses to let me place an order. Hope this bug gets resolved I love body candy.

I love the jewelry but horrible experience checking out due to ‘unavailable shipping protection in my region’ kept popping continuously even after selecting “continue checkout” worst wasted 20 mins on checkout!!

It's been almost 10 days and my package hasn't even been shipped. I've ordered multiple other packages from various other establishments that have been processed, shipped and arrived before my package with y'all has even moved. This is my first time shopping with y'all and yall cannot properly communicate or consult ur clients. Nor can yall troubleshoot their issues or provide any useful information. Packages are not being shipped out in a timely manner and ur blaming it on ur warehouse and the "time of year". Please work on your professionalism. I hope to be able to purchase from yall again on a much more positive note with no inconveniences. My first time purchasing from yall has been a nightmare so far. Y'all have beautiful jewelry for a good price. Ur app looks good. Y'all just have some things to work on and that's okay. There's always room for improvement and constructive criticism from real people. Hopefully yall actually listen and improve so u can grow as a company. Goodluck. Happy holidays. God bless.
