I placed an order to pick up on same day as ASAP but the app has the next day for pick up. I had confirmation in my email that its same day pick up. Really weird why there is a discrepancy. Also, you can’t cancel your order in the app or in email. Makes no sense!
- no Apple Pay - reorder NEVER works - look and feel of junky web page - keeps logging me out, why do I have to relogin every time I order?! Cafe Rio, Starbucks, MacDonalds, and Taco Bell apps do *much* better. Given the exceptionally high priced chicken that keeps going up, you would think that they would have a killer app but noooo. Used to go several times a month. Now go every few months. This is in part due to the frustration of using this half-baked app.
Cannot check out with app. App tells me to complete all starred fields, when they are all filled out.
The Bonchon in my area won’t even place pick up orders over the phone (the number literally tells you to order online and hangs up on you). If this company is forcing you to use the app to just simply order take out, then at least have a half decent app.
It took all of 5 to 10 minutes to put an order in through the app everything from the card reader wouldn’t work on multiple cards to having to place the order multiple times to having to reset my account password.

The app is buggy and clunky. Registration process is not streamlined and it doesn’t access the iCloud passwords so you gotta type one in then manually save the pw and username to your iCloud passwords. Also, when trying to order it asks you if you’re sure you got the right location. When you click yes, the screen just goes blank. I waited a few minutes but never loaded. In fairness this is the same experience I had on their mobile website via safari. It seems this “app” may be just a clunky overlay of their mobile site. It’s easier to call them or use a third party food ordering app.
Great when it works, but it recently stopped working. So 1 star till they fix. It’s just a blank white screen when trying to order.
