Bonjoro

Ever since I got the new iPhone 15 the app crashes as soon as you tap record. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app. Double checked that the app has the camera access it needs, but it doesn’t work. The core feature of the app is broken and I’ve written the company about it. No response or fix. Last update to the app was 8 months ago, which doesn’t instill confidence that the company is trying to keep things current. I love the concept of the service, but can’t believe they charge a monthly fee and don’t keep the basics working.

I started using this for a subscriber platform and I absolutely love it! Makes it simple to send video messages that go A LONG WAY with my people. Everyone is happy with this app- from me to the customers. Thank you!!!

I send welcome videos to all the families who join my online Eczema program. The families are touched by the personal touch the videos provide. The app is very easy to use.

This app provides a great personal interaction with clients to kick up a notch the boring emails I sent in the past. I look to integrate more CRM features with Zapier to my CRM database. I’m sure even more features are on the horizon as there is immediate feedback support from the Bonjoro team.

I feel super awkward every time I look into my camera and hit record. But I suppose that’s a personal issue. Bonjoro itself couldn’t be easier to navigate. I have it set up to alert me whenever someone joins our email list so I can get right in and send them a welcome message. I think it’s a nice way to personalize the customer relationships, and would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to do the same.

I have a very client services centered business and I used to spend lots of precious time writing emails to clients that I think were just okay. I opened a new program where I would contact clients every day for learning and motivation and I round Bonjoro as I was setting up the program - I thought it would be a nice addition to the program - instead it has become the STAR element of the program - my clients LOVE getting personal emails from me every day and replying to me with their own videos and making them takes about a quarter of the time it would take to write even short emails by hand. If you want to give your clients and potential customers VIP service (and stand out from the crowd) I highly suggest this secret weapon. I love this product and their customer service is awesome! (I was having a bit of a learning curve but now have it all set up thanks to Grant) Thanks for making this amazing app - keep adding those bells and whistles!

As the co-founder of a growing startup, I can echo what others have written, the shock a new user gets when they receive a video message from the CEO Co-Founder is amazing! People crave personal interaction and want to know the companies they do business with are real. I’d go so far to say they like to know the company has a soul! Any startup co-founder will attest….we love our customers! I’m a life coach and was looking for an authentic way to follow up with potential clients. My business coach suggested using Bonjoro. Every time someone signs up for my online course, a saws call or my email list, I send them a personalized bonjoro video and everyone loves the personal touch! I enjoy using the Bonjoro app so much!

This is the best ‘on boarding’ idea since someone first came up with the icky term for on boarding. My customers can’t believe I take the time to send them personal welcomes when they sign up (& I literally takes a minute or two). I can’t recommend this service enough. 10 stars!
