Worst app and worst costumer service. I ordered 2 pants from them and both of them got ripped with 1-2 uses. Now I’m trying to call them for 3 month guarantee period but they cutting my call just after listening to my issue multiple times. This happened like 4-5 time. Worst service l. Will never use and recommend

I placed an order on 16th December, and as of today (28th December), my order hasn’t even been shipped. This level of delay is completely unacceptable, especially without any clear communication from the brand regarding the status of my order. To make matters worse, there’s no option to request a refund back to the original payment source. It feels like I’m stuck with no resolution in sight. Customer service has been unhelpful and i cant even blame that guy, its the brand’s terms that are outrageous. For a brand that claims to value its customers, this experience is highly disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here unless you’re okay with waiting indefinitely and dealing with a lack of support.

I have ordered on 26th nov and its been more than 10 days and still it’s not showing any update and even if i am trying to connect the call…its just saying please wait and at last nobody is lifting. Please do something. Also your refund policy is very bad. There is no option of getting refund into bank account.

These people are soo smart they are not sending correct size first and then charging extra money for exchange don’t buy with them

These guys have no stock available ,whichever hoodie or sweatshirt I tap at is out of stock

I had ordered a tee for my bf in july and even after endless follow ups on insta and email and sharing the address multiple times, I never got the tees

Bonkers are the best for there products but the customer care team of this app is the worstest .Worst support team for return/replace of any of your product. Doesn’t help you and don’t even pick calls or reply to your emails. Had a very bad experience from you bonkers corner.

Slow app

Firstly there was a glitch while putting my contact and address details because of that by mistake I put wrong contact number and hence whenever my parcel is coming otp is going on that contact number while I corrected my number still it’s not getting updated on my order details. Secondly poor customer care service since 2 days I am trying to reach customer care but no contact yet
