I used to be able to pre-book a taxi and now there’s no option?! Glad Uber is here.

Try to register and it says I already am, try to log in and it says I'm not registered...

Keeps crashing when I try to request a cab. Trash.

I relied on bonnys for a long time living in Burnaby but I can’t count the days I’ve had poor service or no one showing up. Since the coronavirus I’ve been able to get about 7 taxis to my place in total. I usually use one every day. So maybe 7/60? If not for Uber I would definitely not have made it into work for the rest of those days. Decide whether you want to be a transportation company or not.

Every time I use this app I get some sort of speech from the taxi driver. Says I have the wrong location. The problem is the app doesn’t let you type the address (at least it won’t accept it) and it relies on GPS. So the driver finds me but doesn’t like the inaccuracy. Then we have an interesting conversation. Also the app doesn’t update. Says delayed. No cab. But then the cab shows up. Very odd.

Terrible app! I tried to type in the exact address and I got some error message about the daily API limit being reached. Then I tried using the auto detected GPS address but it was not accurate. The taxi driver went to the wrong address and got mad at me. I want Uber!!!

I’m always stunned how the taxi company’s here are fighting so hard to keep the taxi industry relevant and yet they barely try to keep up with the changes. This app is broken and barely gets updated which is ridiculous to me. I don’t want to sit there on hold for 30 minutes.

This app just does not work. It won’t detect your address accurately and if you try to change it, it just says “Burnaby” for your street address. Beyond that it doesn’t ever deploy any cars, it’s no faster than calling their line and waiting on hold for 20 minutes. Overall, this app and company needs a lot of updating.

Could have given 0 starts if possible !! called this company at 3:28 pm was standing there in rain and my car battery was drained and asked them if they can provide me the jumper service in a park and they told me they will charge me $20 and will send the cab... after around 30 minutes i called them again and that lady told me tha taxi will be there in 15 minutes .. i had to reach surrey by 5pm to give my final exam worth 20% which if i failed had to repeat the course for $2000 as i am international student.. called them again they didnt pick it up .. i called them around 10 times and they put me on hold everytime .. i have screenshots i can show.. I JUST WANT TO KNOW THE REASON OF NOT SENDING THE TAXI THERE .. I DIDNT EVEN GET A CALL BACK. i kept waiting for 1.3 hours and called my friend who helped me .. and they didnt even call back .. i had this expirence before also when they sent the taxi after 1 hour but i dont know why i called them again yesterday for help! i work at a gas station and daily 100 people come and ask me to book a cab for them and I WILL NEVER BOOK CAB FROM THIS COMPANY and WILL ALSO TELL MY FRIENDS TO NEVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER BECAUSE THIS COMPANY DONT HAVE ANY COMMITMENT and THEY DONT VALUE TIME.

Would give zero rating if I could. It simply won’t work! The location is always off and you cannot input a pickup location. Don’t know who is developing this app but they certainly have no clue of what they are doing. Thank God for Uber finally coming to Vancouver, sick of dealing with this app!
