I’ve had my Sync since 2017. for years it wasn’t worth saving anything on my Sync. sometimes things wouldn’t sync with the app at all, and the Live feature wouldn’t work for more than a minute without locking up my phone. now it works perfectly, and has actually synced everything I’ve saved since I got it! the Live feature works without any issues at all. really happy with this change!

It’s difficult to connect with bluetooth. and cannot download data from board to app via bluetooth

I can’t believe that it will be a YEAR since this app is non functioning! They should compensate customers for the purchase of boogie board. UPDATE: Still the same... How difficult would it be to fix this app for iOS? We’re not asking for new features, we just want to be able to sync the files. One job. To be fair, it works better on the iPad, but when I have the iPad, why would I use this anyway? There should have been more attention to phones.

VERY disappointing!!! Seems simple enough... write, save, load to phone... BUT that would be great if the phone app actually recognized the board connection. Aside from being super slow when it did work, 9 time out of 10, it did not. Now iver the last month it just doesn’t recognize the board at all. I have deleted and downloaded the app multiple times, cleared the board, and NOTHING. The app just says board not connected - even though it does pick it up on the list to choose. Again, VERY disappointing!!!
It was a great device and I use it everyday. It’s a dam shame the company decided to scrap this device because of a few minor manufacturing glitches. We should all be sad when a good technology is lost forever because of a few “suits” not understanding anything except making 1000% profit.
The app has some Bluetooth error pop up when I'm trying to access my drawings in my Boogie Board every time. Also the LIVE drawing is slow and actually does not match precisely what you draw on the board. Your curved strokes are shown as line segments on the screen. So it's not really in sync at all.
