I waited 3 weeks for two dresses to arrive in the mail and only received one update which was the confirmation email. Upon arrival, one of the bags was ripped and both the dresses were the wrong size, and on top of that, the material was itchy and one of the dresses was ripped at the hem. Absolute garbage.

I can see the products looks good but the amounof money they show while listing and the amount they charged you there’s huge difference. So I liked this item and it’s price is $30. It say 45% off on that item and when I went for checkout the price was automatically showing as $50 + $14.99 delivery charges and then the total was showing as $42.49. please stop doing scam. If you calculate 45% of $30 it’d be $13.5. So $30-$13.5 = $16.5 plus $14.99 delivery charges, so total should be 31.5. It was showing me $42.49. And also even if you consider the price as $50+$14.99 delivery and 45% off on it the total should be 35.75 how come it’d be 42.49. I have attached the screenshot Either the software you’re using is wrong or you’re on purpose making it.

Somthing odd about boho lately orders aren’t received by customers they no longer have a Facebook and when I track my order its says it’s being sent through dai post. upon doing dai post is actually a criminal organisation in which they say their are a post service but instead of posting they will hold items at ransom

New update states they’ve fixed issues with the Wishlist and yet I still can’t add things to Wishlist! Please, please fix this!!

I wanted to buy a dress and the reduced price indicated $43, but when I wanted to finish the purchase, the price was $75 before postage. Very confusing.

I love boohoo but this is a terrible app. I always have problems logging in and the app usually doesn’t load. Tends to shut down randomly too. Very frustrating to use.

I recently purchased a few items (6 to be exact) and was only send 5 items. After back and forth emails, and “claims” of watching the video evidence of my order being packed, it has resulted in me not getting an item and boohoo keeping the money I have paid for it. Even though the item was $12.61, this multi million dollar company can’t give me my money back, or the item I have purchased. At least give me the evidence to see if the item was packed and the bag was sealed. I’ve been a loyal customer of 8 years and and never had this happen. Also good luck with customer service it’s horrible.

I really do love this store, but i have some suggestions i but shirts all in the same size but when i tried them all on only some fit i was hoping all the sizes would be the same another thing i wish was different is the app i would love if we were would to fav our favourite clothing from previous orders so if it back in stock i can get more of them but it does not allow it
