I clicked button with a free trial, but money was charged immediately. Support link here doesn’t work. I would like to cancel subscription and get money back

In addition to a free public domain catalogue, we also offer Standard, Premium, and Audiobook subscriptions, which give partial and complete access to our ebook and audiobook catalogues. These services are renewable on an annual or monthly basis, for a fixed monthly fee.
Renewal charges are automatically debited at least 24 hours prior to the end of the previous period. However, readers can manage their subscription package and choose to switch off the auto-renewal option in their Account Settings.
If a reader is on a free trial and chooses to purchase a subscription during that time, they forfeit any unused portion of the free trial period.

Poor selection of psychology authors
Searched for 10 of the most popular books in the field of psychology, none found. Authors such as John Bowlby, Barbara Pease, and similar are nowhere to be found in this app.

The app was good while using it but once I deleted it and tried to get it back it would not let me, therefore I am still unable to get the app back which I really enjoyed using.
Presents?
It was really nice to have an opportunity too have presents like 3 day premium for doing tasks, right now I can not afford the library, while with presents I could finish the book in one day. Will it ever be restored?
