If you don’t use a app for a day, it exits from the book to the homepage. It is very irritating, please fix this! I want to open an app and continue reading.

One of the most shity applications I’ve ever tried. No access to officially purchased ebooks, support function exists of course, but no one thought of people accessing the app from mobile devices: font is such small that I can’t see it (while could read text of 5pt). Why not synchronising access to the app with outside resources connected to it?

Looks good, but I couldn’t make letters bigger for more comfortable reading. Pls. tell me how to make letters bigger.

I’ve received 2 codes for study materials from HPE. Okay, thought I, another 3rd party book reader, whatever. Installing was easy but that’s just the beginning. First, there is no way to redeem codes from within the app. Support article clearly states you have to own a kindle for that. Really? How many of your users own a kindle? Like 10% I guess? Another way is to redeem codes using website. And guess what? The text field where you supposed to enter your code does not allow to paste it from clipboard! You serious? Is it ‘90ies again? I ended up entering two 20-character codes by keyboard while constantly switching between apps because there is no way one can remember the whole code. This redeemed me 7 books. Now I need to download them. How do you bulk download books? Yeah, there is no way to do that either. You have to tap each book individually. Overall I consider this experience totally awful. This is no way to treat your users. P.S. You can actually read books using this app, so have one star for that.

thanks for the fix. as an idea - could you please improve the menu pop-up when select the text, it has always new position, but it appears with lag so i click ‘add note’ installed of ‘copy’. relocation should de immediate or not be at all.

Guys, Why did you remove “define” option from pop-up menu when select a word? I dislike most of design changes of that release, but this one just pissed me off.

After update all my markers are gone! Can you please help with that?
