Would be nice if we were able to access more things and do a few more specific things, but it is still very good for quick communication.

Since update app keeps crashing upon opening. It doesn't open at all

Boomtown isn’t a bad company but this app is horrible. Nothing but constant bugs and glitches. If you’re signing up with BT because they have an app then think twice.

I have been using BoomTown for a couple of weeks now. Been very easy to use and great for keep track of my clients and leads.

I have worked a lot of CRM over my real Esate career, this platform with the insights blows away anything ice ever used, and I've worked many. It takes some time, there is a lot of moving parts, but if you take your time, following the training, keep digging in, this platform makes finding the gold in the follow up process much much easier. I can understand if some get frustrated, it can be intimidating, but stay with it, let the system do the heavy lifting! Well done, Garry Hillis

I have been with BoomTown for two months now. Setting up website and customer support has been very very good. I am receiving regular good leads with presently about a 5% conversion rate. I am new at this so my conversion skills over the phone are improving daily with help from downtown Support. Their phone app provides me with instant access to potential clients once they have logged into my website. I have been incredibly impressed with the drip campaigns and how they are structured and worded. They come across as very friendly and very personal. Customer is totally under impression I am sending them myself. I have worked with several lead generation companies and so far however Boomtown is heads and tails over the rest. Five star all the way

Love Boomtown, however the app keeps crashing on me and getting stuck on the loading page. Anyone else have this issue?

Very easy to use, if you sctually use the program for how it is meant to be made and do all of your communication through it, you stay way more organized and everything is in one place! It’s also very handy to see all of the communication attempts to know if you need to do more or hold off.
