Booqable

When the app going through some development it comes back with issues which take a long time to fix. Currently, I can’t Pickup or Return any rentals and help centre and technical support can’t be reached through the app, it has been like this for 5 days. For a business this is a huge disruption. Feels a bit unprofessional and wonder how long before the realise the problem and fix it. Otherwise, when it’s working correctly the software is good.

App is fairly easy to use but has limited functionalities. I like the app because you can create mobile quotes on the fly. However, as of May 2024 you are still not able to email quotes or even download them. It is counter productive to have to create the quote and have to go back to a full browser on PC/Mac in order to send the quote through email. I’m in the party rental industry and being able to send quotes fast can determine wether or not a client books with you before they go with somebody else. Give me the ability to quickly download or send through email and this will be a 5 star review.

I would give it 5 stars but to process "Authorized Funds" instead of deposits i still need to go into the website. You also cannot email customers their invoice or contract in app. Defeats the purpose of having the app since i might as well just use the website version. Its halfway useful.

Definitely makes me want to ditch Booqable as a whole, I have no reliable way to check my books without a laptop. Too many glitches

App worked great for a few weeks and now no orders show on dashboard. Wrote support they admit to a bug but still no results. It transformed from a good app to a useless app.

Booqable version 3.2 iPhone 12 pro The app used to show past, present and future orders It shows nothing I have removed the app from my phone, turned my phone off .. reloaded the app. Signed out of the app. Still nothing Shows everything on my husbands Google phone app Shows everything on our desktop

Wasn’t user friendly to begin with and now with the newest update all of my orders are gone. Thankfully, the desktop still has my data but the desktop is not mobile friendly.

I can’t even log in I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app. Heard good things about the website but the app is just terrible.

This app is helpful but more so on the desktop web browser platform. There are limited features on mobile. Adding and adjusting prices is a bit of a challenge on an iPhone. On the desktop it is more robust and easier to use. Had to call my admin office people to adjust orders for technicians in the field, and a simple change to an order took three people to get it done. Booqable just makes rental tasks more challenging

Can login and then instantly kicks me out. Worked about a month ago. And app is very limited
