TO SLOWWWWWWWWWWWWW , STUPID !!

This app is one of the most useless app, dont even bother downloading this, the customer service takes ages to reply and verification keeps failing without proper instruction what needs to be done. My money stuck there for so long I cant even withdraw it.

I have terminated my account because my account has been rejected to verify and its been a month i didn’t get my money back after i terminated my account.

Whenever i tried to withdraw money from boostmymoney. It keeps on saying i put the wrong OTP even though it is the correct one. Scam

Hey, I just wanted to say, what kind of “cash app” that Customer Support was never reply and just leave the issue ticket status stay open, instead of “automated response”? What if we facing our money issue with your app? I had used your app for years since it launched, please improve customer service part if you think we are important for you. Thank you.

I lost my money using boost service. I have emailed but still no respond. I lost nearly RM1000 using this service. Please help me in this matter. Thank you

Paid all my payflex and pay in 30 days but the apps not even update my payment. contact support service and they respond will contact within 3 working days. its been a week and still no update. contact support service and their answer is again will contact within 3 working days. Super Lame support service. After everything settle i should delete account and uninstall this apps. 0 star.

dont understand why it got such high rating, this app has no way compared to tng, too many limits. monthly limit, transaction limit… wallet was stopped to top up many times lol, harlo u have to top up campaign encourage ppl top up but then u freeze because top up too many times seems suspicious. and it never clearly state how many times top up/transaction considered suspicious. very hard to understand and use. moreoever, if u have this monthly spending limit, then should warn me before top up. after top ip only realised the limit reached, so u just expect me keep the money “safe” in ur wallet? why not i just keep in gx to earn interest better? customer service is worst, can only reached by mail, very not timely. finance app should be an urgent manner, where is ur hotline? last time asked customer service what is the transaction number limit per month, cannot give exact figure lol. so u never have a standard? i use it just for asbn purpose, but 4.9k monthly limit really don’t know enough for what. will retire it after utilise all the funds inside. forget about boost star, useless as well.

the button is everywhere! ive deleted my account still deduct my own money which. ive never manage to use.
