As example at first I choose a category ’men’ and after that I search ’merino’. But then I’m automatically redirrected in search results ’merino’ just in category ’women’ and can’t looking for ’merino’ in ’men’. With word ’merinowool’ for searching I receive just a little part of results in both categories. With word ’wool’ I receive result just by brand ’Woolrich’ not by material.

Great app, fast delivery 3-4 days, and smooth return

E-mail notifications are so annoying even I switched off these notification. Since then I marked all boozt e-mails as a spam. Another ridiculous thing with this app is that I can’t clean up my shopping basket!

Language settings are missing. If you are a foreigner in the Nordics - it’s easier to shop on the website.

Otroligt snabb leverans!

Good app, but language settings are super inconvenient - f.ex. I am currently in Norway and choose the delivery option as Norway, but I don’t speak Norwegian and the whole app is now in Norwegian. Would be better if there can be a possibility to change the language no matter which region you have a delivery to

I seem to be communicating with bots all the time. No one has answered my request for more than a week! I have written serveral times to customer service but always get the same prewritten response! It’s jus appalling. All our orders get cancelled all the time even though we never had an issue anywhere else. It’s just ridiculous

Tut mir leid, ist leider gottlos, aber man muss zwei Sachen im Warenkorb haben um zu bestellen. Naja leider sehr gottlos. Schade hätte sonst bestellt.
