Driver arrived and was very polite and safe driver(despite having been attacked by a wasp as he picked me up)

Booked a taxi 20 minutes ago and the first driver cancelled even though he was “4 minutes away” then another driver finally accepts but it’s 10 minutes away? I need to be somewhere urgently but these people don’t know how to time keep Never getting a taxi from here again Mediocre app as well (hardly even works)

I am not a frequent users of Boro Taxi but I feel headache since reach to office using your taxi. It seems driver wanted to reach to destination as fast as possible without considering the passenger convenient.

He was careful with his driving and would give him 5 stars. Weldone

Not one to complain but wouldn’t drop my friend off literally around the corner? Would have paid extra he just told me ‘it doesn’t work like that dear’ not the most pleasant driver I’ve had!!!

Never had an issue with the app, despite its clunky interface, it does the job and gets you from A to B
