Borzo: Courier Delivery App

Its not working at all.. seems fake as asked to top up the account and didn’t assigned the courier and didn’t turned up for the quieries except on chat box where only bot was answering.. no hearing from the team till now.. not even refunding my amount.. guys beware of this scam

Refer my cancellation order No. 17166 the refund is pending. Kindly look into it and confirm refund.

Can't explain the whole scenario I have taken it on X platform very poor service

Even after a pre booked order the person wasn’t here to pick up the order on time and was saying to come when the package should’ve been delivered. Very unpunctual. I had to Uber my parcel end moment.

Conveniently has zero options to raise a complaint or report any issue. Ridiculous how they have faced no backlash regarding this

Ultimate worst app i have ever used….. very bad response on support. Fraud drivers……….. please don’t download headache from here.

Kept me waiting for 1 hour!!! No courier available. Asking for tooooo much money. My money is not even refunded yet

I ordered from this app twice, the map interface does not update the location of the rider so you are basically left at the mercy of the rider if and when he delivers. My order is always delayed by at least 45 mins. The customer support does not exist and on top of that the delivery partners are rude and have not been told how to speak to the customers. Please do not use this app or you will just spend half the time worrying about where your order is.

Absolutely pathetic app. There is no customer service option… and the app pays such little money to the drivers that they end up lying, cheating and delaying customers. I placed the order an hour ago and the driver accepted the order. Made me wait for an hour and then came and said you have to pay me more than the app because the app is not paying me enough. When I search for the customer service, no option is available. Pathetic app and pathetic values of their drivers.

Pls pls requesting eveyone not to use Borzo ..they r pathetic and totally failed in delivering…had very bad experience with them ..their delivery guys r very careless and damage the parcel ..so pls switch to other delivery services but BIG no to Borzo
