made reservation on laptop, then received confirm that tells me to download mobile app. But I cannot get my reservation that I just made on the app. Called 800 # for help and was told you have to make the reservation on the mobile app to see it. not very progressive!

I have been a Boston Coach customer for years. I always that the quality of the drivers and cars, coupled with the online interface for scheduling and payments was the differentiator, but after using the new mobile app it has made booking tracking and paying that much easier. Congrats and thanks.

Love using this car service. Very reliable and safe. I used it a couple times to catch my NYC flights early mornings. They are always on perfect timing, dedicated to making sure our needs are beyond satisfied. Driver was really sweet! Definitely will use again and recommend.
