Boston's Pizza Rewards

Worst rewards program ever. I have gone to my location and only ever got rewards once. Half the time the staff doesn’t even know how to do it. Makes me not even want to support this place at all.

With a pandemic racing through needless to say we don’t eat In but we take out 3-4x week. Why can’t I order and pay in this app... Seriously, what good is this app keeping track of difficult to redeem rewards, Attention Developers!!!!! Contact the TGIF folks they keep track of rewards and you can order in their app.

That’s not OK, I got the question right the first time. Also the secret menu is pointless. What good is a secret combination of toppings on a pizza when you can build your own and make literal thousands of possible combinations?

At least once a month i am sent a ‘FREE’ (some specific menu item) reward & even in the past few months i have been sent a free medium 2 topping pizza, Free order of wings, Free fountain drink/tea, Free flatbread (you get this on your birthday) and also when you sign up you're given a free Indy gourmet pizza! *1pt = $1* spend $100, get $15 off. Most rewards last a month or two.. but im not sure if thats specific to each bostons. Also, as an employee of bostons i can say that the people saying there is no way to claim their rewards; there is a way. To Claim Your Rewards/Get points for orders: All the customer or app user needs to do is give their server or whoever is taking their to go or delivery order their... -First/Last Name, -Phone number, -Check in number ...and all your available rewards will be listed in your check on the servers computer, if you have no rewards then you will just receive points for your entire purchase. As the customer its effortless to use or gain rewards. All you need to do is tell the server your info/what you want to use.

Difficult to navigate and while it advertises your rewards there is no way to claim them.

Two issues with the app in my short time with it, unlike their website it requires a phone number (even to fix an address). Second is that there is no explanation of points in the app, without reading another review I would have to search their website for an explanation of their rewards. All that said, their rewards program seems solid. $15 off a future purchase every time you spend $100, a free pizza for joining and rewards annually on the date you joined and birthday. And after trying them I will definitely be stopping in again, great food.

Get $15 reward dollars for every $100 spent.

The MyBoston's app is useful if you eat at Boston's a lot--you can earn rewards. I don't go there much, so the app isn't for me. I just wanted to see the secret menu. The secret menu is: Pizzaburger, and Pizzaburger Sliders. You might recognize those as regular, non-secret menu items that were discontinued. Surprise! You can still get them.
