Bottlepay: Buy & Send Bitcoin

This is a choice to adhere to ineffective payment laws I assume, but does nothing for the ethos of a decentralised and permissionless payments medium separated from the state.

Great for DCAing into Bitcoin and playing around with the Lightning Network. Beautiful interface.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! they’ll accept your deposit but won’t process your transactions, their app will log you out multiple times until eventually your account is locked whilst your BTC transfer is still in “PENDING” 24 hours later. I’ve just lost 9500 in less than 72hours with this SCAM of a company, And if that isn’t bad enough their customer service is appalling! Can’t even get an a straight answer if your lucky to even get a reply! I will shortly be taking legal action later today.

At first everything went well deposited money in seconds and had access to the account… One day I try to long and an error message pops up saying my account is blocked, didn’t think anything of it at first, so I went on the live chat and spoke to the same person twice who said a team will be in touch (no one ever contacted me) then he ended the chat without resolving the issue. I then emailed every day for the past 2 weeks and yet still did not get a response whilst ringing their phone line who are useless, they are only able to pass on a message to the ‘support team’ who never get in touch. I’m still getting in touch however I still can’t get anywhere. Don’t make the same mistake as me and download the app to then get scammed and be able to retrieve your money. The live chat doesn’t work, so you can’t even speak to anyone!

I’ve been looking for a crypto all to use that would be good for me with lightning network aswell for fast easy transactions from other crypto users to myself and even myself to others. I’ve had the worst happen to me with this app. I’ve had my accounts locked for 2 weeks with no response from the support team at all after sending countless emails. And the support on the app itself does not even work. I’ve deleted and re downloaded the app for it to still not work. I’ve even called Bottlepay and they told me to go through the app or email(which I’ve been trying ever since). This app takes your money, locks your account and don’t respond. They do not care for there users at all. THE APP IS A SCAM!!!

Not good

For nearly a month. So to me it just doesn’t work.

Lost balances, transactions that work sometimes and support that clocks off at 5pm mid conversation. Just nowhere near good enough.

Don’t use the app they will lock you out and they will not give you back your money or reply to any of your messages
