App does not send out a verification code to email no matter what I try to do, without the user account it does not connect to the fridge. Absolutely useless. Please fix this asap

The interface design is very simple and beautiful,making it comfortable to look at and even more convenient to use.

From my experience, it’s a pretty good app. Simple and convenient to use.

Even though I’ve had my device for 3 months,I just found out this app can connect to it.

I have a 45L dual door series and the app detects it as Rocky and says it’s online but it can’t control anything about it or display the temperature or voltage.

Could not create account, error message not helpful. And for an app that concerns devices that are next to me physically, what are its reasons to require authentication that requires internet and email access? Involuntary data collection from all users?

I called the number got connected with somebody in Nicaragua that was young and new and it took forever as she had to go. Ask somebody else answers to my questions and then I just got told they would send me a video and re-download the app which I did and it’s not working. This is my second unit I had to return the first one because of a fan failure error. I ordered another one upgraded to a bigger unit and it seems to be working for now. Come on BOURGERV! get your act together and provide the public with products that do what they are advertised to do. Why doesn’t the app work?

I’ve faced the same thing you have with the Bougerv app not connecting to the freezer. I then installed a app called “car fridge freezer” and it works! Download that app instead. Once it finds your divice , click on the device on the app and press the settings button on the freezer once. Thank me later!

Not sure why this app is on the market it’s the wrong app. It’s under Carfridgefreeze
