Very rarely can use the app due to server issues. Then by the time it comes back up the receipts are too old.

Almost always the scanner gets everything. I have had to submit missed items several times, but they got corrected. The birthday bonus did not work for me, I scanned at least 15 items and never received any bonus

i think you should give people more than 2 weeks to submit a receipt. People are juggling many things these days and need a little more time to submit a receipt

The app recognizes qualifying products fairly well, but forwarding emailed receipts from Stop & Shop, Shaw’s, BJ’s, etc. regularly returns “no qualifying products” when there are and there is no good way to appeal these conclusions by email, resulting in having to scan in paper receipts (if I have them) anyway.

This is a WONDERFUL program that has many benefits for our local schools! ❤️❤️❤️

This app used to work fine, but now it doesn't recognize clearly participating items. Not sure what they did, but they're taking money from the kids by not having it work as it should. At this point cutting them out would be easier and more reliable; too bad they don't accept that anymore.

For over ten years I clipped the box tops for my school. Back in those days, the box tops were good for a couple of years. Now you have two weeks. I feel that is an unreasonable amount of time. I try to do it the day my daughter comes home with the receipt, but I’m not always home and it gets stashed away and forgotten about. Two weeks is not enough time.

Receipts It would be nice to link Kroger account like the Walmart account. It would be a lot easier to get credit.

Two months later and I can’t open the app. It shuts down before it can load.
