My gym has started using BoxMate to plan training sessions, and it’s great that I can now see, in advance, what’s coming up, but… the app is SO bad. Everything useful is buried three levels deep, the hierarchy of content is all over the place (no, I don’t need to see my name in massive letters repeatedly in my training profile history). It’s just so horrible and frustrating to use. I can’t believe anyone would find this acceptable in 2010, let alone 2024.

A really rather terrible app. The worst tracking software on the market. Cheap and nasty is the best way I have to describe it. Feels like it belongs on a phone from 10-15 years ago. Awful
Really frustrating clicking “book” and then having to confirm the booking. I think one CTA and no confirmation would be enough
The old app was spot on. The new one? I can’t even log into it most of the time…
This replaced an App that worked with one that doesn’t. Weeks after launch I STILL cannot login on my phone even though the same ‘incorrect’ login information somehow works on my tablet. Resetting the password or even removing and reloading the App makes no difference. They should have left the old App up and running until this one was reliable. Please fix this so that I can fully use my CrossFit membership!
