I like the interface, and being able to select the exact frequencies that I need. It also like that it has the intervals where I can adjust the beats a little higher or lower during a custom program.
Auditory stimulation of the brain is effective regarding reaching a different state of consciousness and help to:
- fall asleep
- increase concentration possibilities
- fight with addictions
- invoke lucid dreaming state
- recharge mental energy
- reduce stress
- increase learning ability
- create Schumann's resonance
- and many others.

- 3 different types - Binaural, Isochronic, Monaural
- 4 different isochronic beats base sound - mono, noise, binaural, monaural
- a tone's frequency (chromatic scales) picker
