I got charged for the annual VIP offer, the app stays on the intro level and keeps asking me to pay for the VIP package if I want the full experience. Their support website is down and Apple themselves refuse to take my ticket over this. What a scam. Absolutely infuriating.
I purchased the lifetime warranty in Sep 2023 I now have a new iPhone. Downloaded the appt to my new phone tried logging in with email & I get message stating “error account not found.” Also I haven’t gotten any help from developer on this matter. The life time warranty wasn’t cheap by no means. So to have this happen is upsetting.
It made me considerably comfortable
I love this app for my patients working on cognitive skills. However, I can’t figure out how to reset the initial choices selected for “what you want to work on.” Can’t find a way to contact HELP. When I click on the help page it says page doesn’t exist.
I was doing good, but I lost all my progress. Sad…
The games on this app make it so fun to improve my memory and awareness! It’s so fun and feels so productive!!!
