Binaural Beats and Solfeggio Frequencies to help you study, meditate & sleep. Brainwaves, namely delta, theta, alpha, beta, gamma, correlate to the different states of the human brain. Some studies show that these “states” can be achieved by using auditory stimuli i.e using sound frequencies corresponding to the brainwaves with a binaural beats generator. The binaural beats generator works by sending two tones to the ears (carrier frequencies), the difference between the two being the desired brainwave.
Solfeggio Frequencies are a set of tones discovered by a Benedictine Monk named Guido D’Arezzo. These are regarded as “sacred” and known to help in spiritual awakening. We have created music tracks corresponding to different Solfeggio frequencies.
The app has an option to log mindful minutes to Apple Health.

Fantastic
I appreciate that you don't share data, and love that there is a timer but no verbal layer for meditation. No words, plus an option to have ambiance sounds with the rhythms or not.

Love it - wish it played behind my music
cool to know that you are getting the exact amount of hz you picked -- came after Huberman shouted it out. don't really understand the "carrier hz" but assuming that doesn't really matter. one wish i have is that it would keep playing when i start my own music or youtube videos.

Warning
It would probably be a good idea to not program the “warning: this app function can cause seizures and stuff” over top of the intensely blinking screen making it a) difficult to read the warning, and b) potentially triggering the thing that you are warning about.
Appsolutely Amazing
This app is one of the best and most configurable I have ever experienced…. Well done to the developers… one request….I want to get the 174 hz frequency as well …please help…thanks
