Brandon House Hotel

Great hotel . Friendly staff

We are a couple just back from a most enjoyable break at the Brandon Court hotel in New Ross. The hotel is in a lovely setting and within walking distance of town. The customer service of ALL staff was excellent from the checking in to dining service and the cleanliness of the hotel. The food was really good with plenty variety especially for breakfast. We met Martina each morning in the dining area and was very welcoming as were all the other staff. Well done. We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel for a getaway break.

Our family celebrated our mams 90th birthday over the Christmas period 27th -29th December 2022 cannot recommend the service we received from Sarah on reception to the bar staff waiters waitresses and all the staff and the Brandon House Hotel who looked after us so well we had a great stay will definitely be back 😊

As I guest I would expect on my return to the hotel after day out visiting and exploring New Ross to have a space to park my car. Especially on a dark wet cold evening. To say the car park was busy is an understatement. It was dangerous!!! If an emergency vehicle needed assess there was none! no respect by drivers for obstructing or blocking in cars, set down areas and assess to pathways etc. I had to stay up late to re park my car in the rain. No complementary umbrellas available. It’s great that the hotel is so busy but I feel the patron s would need to be educated on how to use the car park with respect for all users. Especially as the entrance is accessed by a lot of steps or a long ramp. To have the ability to drop off and pick up a guest at the entrance is essential. I trust you will take this observation in the way it is intended to assist you in improving guest experience. Staff are very attentive and friendly and welcoming and service is second to none.
