Finally a realistic, genuine, easy going resource to use to support mental health. Accessible to anyone, which is mint for us living rurally. Will explore it more and come back to this review.
Give this a try if you want real change for your well-being
I have been LOVING it this app. Seeing how different parts of my day like my sleep or social life affect my wellbeing has been so helpful because I can never make those connections myself
