The quality of due diligence done by BRDGE on the deals is non existent or of genuine bad quality.  They do not have proper mechanism to claw back the funds as well.  They would request you to top up more funds to facilitate a legal action when you have already lost money in many of their deals.  MAS needs to genuinely look at this platform and do a thorough investigation.

Many loans are defaulted but not reflected on their website, which is misleading. They gave default option of write off for investors who invested in these default loans. took very long time in communicating to us about the defaults. Says a lot about their mindset on our money.

### *---- "Stay away, no plan when debt goes bad"
Loan has been missing repayments for months, and there were sporadic updates (read: only after multiple months of missed payments) and they promised timelines they aren’t able to meet. Following which they demand an answer from investors within 1 week while they take months to respond. Seems to be genuinely disinterested in the manner in which they handle your funds, only want to make more loans. The team does not intend to pursue any of the legal actions/protections (such as guarantor) they promise at the start. Stay away, you would be better off in a casino.

I loaned them money in 2019 October for 10 months but my money is still trapped and not repaid after 2 years. Upon asking the team they send me a generic response that they will get back to me after a few days only for no reply to come. I want my money back scammers!

The information on loans on the app are unreliable and the deadlines for the loan to be repaid are mere suggestions. The platform will take zero responsibility after collecting the funds and management fee and will not even provide updated credit assessments or state clearly in writing the consequences for opting in or out of extensions. All they will do is call you and try and talk to you to explain the borrowers position and refuse to even state if the borrower has indicated that it will not be able to repay loans if the deadlines are not extended. The platform apparently will not even enforce the terms of the loan to charge interest for late payment. 

Only make these loans if you feel like gambling - it’s as sound as a roll of the dice, or an online game of slots, only those have higher returns.

Been an investor on the platform for 2+ years now and till date there have been no defaults to my deals. I was mainly investing via their web portal prior to downloading the app. This app allows me to invest on the go, which is a huge plus due to my hectic schedule. Plus points for making the app not only look so good, but enhance my investing experience. Kudos to the team behind SeedIn!
