I can never get this app to open to access my account. It only works intermittently with no rhyme or reason. The bank is great, the app is trash.

App does not work with my IPhone 7’s latest software update. It should not be necessary to purchase a new phone just to use this app when the app worked previously.

This comes up for the mobile app for Comenity Financial (Academy Sports Credit Card). I had an Academy Sports Store card for over a year now. Try to make a payment the apps never retains the person’s login information and always gives “cannot be found” and the sends a person through the enrollment process just to be given the message “account already exists go to login”. A 1 or 2-star rating is being generous. Maybe people that have same issues withheld payments until it is fixed then something will be done to improve the app. They were to do easy pay that is non-login way to pay; however, the issue is that you cannot check your account either. They claim things and when a person can’t login then they cannot verify the information they are being told which could lead to the consumer being cheated.

Forcing people to buy a new phone is not something a bank should do.

Transfers quite quick and process easy. Bread Savings gives quick email confirmation on transfer activity and instructions on how to check activity.

Tried to update my app but all it does is tell me the app needs to be updated when I try to update it.

For a savings account with a pretty good APY why does it not state the current APY in the app? Seems like a simple thing to add. Every other app with a savings account has it. Please add so I can always know what my current APY rate is

The app is barely functional. Bread savings in general is barely functional While the checking side of things is fine, the savings accounts barely ever load, customer service contact center rarely works or they don’t respond to the direct question you ask I had to leave the app & it’s been a headache because the website crashes or loaded forever , even when you clear your cache /cookies

First, I don’t know why some people are having issues, it’s only a handful out of a great many, but it really makes me wonder what they’re doing differently than myself. From Day 1, I’ve had nothing but a great experience! The folks on the other side of the phone are friendly and upbeat, yet professional and know their stuff! I actually was laughing and smiling by the time I got done with my first call, which had to do with my rural address if I remember correctly. I only started the account off with a only a couple hundred dollars and I’ve found that they treat me no differently whether it’s $150 or $15,000 showing as my available funds! The app gets the job done. There’s no B.S., and it simply does what you need it to do. I have it setup with my main bank to do transfers and they are QUICK! A couple days usually and it’s there! Sometimes overnight! I’ve deposited checks into the account, but they do have limits, so transfers are far easier. The app has a messenger to get in touch with someone if you need help. Once they even reached out to me! They thought there may have been some fraud, and luckily there wasn’t, but I appreciated the call just to be safe! The very best thing about these people is probably… THE FACT THAT THEY HAVE ONE OF THE HIGHEST APYs IN THE COUNTRY RIGHT NOW! You’ll actually see your money grow as you save it and in the current market it’s far better than traditional investments such as stocks and ETFs. I wasn’t event getting 4.90% to 5.00% with money markets or mutual funds, so this is my go to for growth! Even if you had to take some time to figure out why something doesn’t show immediately, which it does take far longer for funds to clear brand new accounts, you won’t get anywhere near this level of APY anywhere else! My bank has “good rates” but I’ll likely get back 0.45% with them! So, this is far more than a little better than you’ll get elsewhere! Speaking of, I also gained hardly anything with my robo-investments and that was even when I focused on bonds for a safety net, so this blows that away too! To sum it up, the bank and their infrastructure is awesome, and the app does a fine job supporting exactly what you need without any additional distractions! Transfers are QUICK, at least for me, and it’s been a pleasure when dealing with a live person! It’s a WIN in my opinion, but everyone is entitled to their own. I am putting my money where my mouth is and have a 5-figure amount saved with them, so I obviously trust them

Had a problem while applying online. Got an account but not an account number. Could not make a new account because I already had an account. Could not get into my account because I don’t have an account number. called customer service and they ACTUALLY told me there’s nothing they can do.
