Great customer service and overall service. Some items markup is a bit high.

I’ve been using Breadfast for almost a year. Unlike other supermarket apps, this one has accurate stocks, so you always get exactly what you order and usually within 30-45min only. I’d like to see a better selection of fresh cheese, meat and poultry which I currently get from other sources for this to be a one-stop-shop supermarket app.

You guys sent a coupon code to be used by Friday June 3rd (BCN29), while the coupon code expired by June first. So I tried contacting customer service, but all they did was give excuses and not resolve the problem. What kind of store tricks it’s customers, it’s truly the worst customer service experience.

One of the most amazing apps in egypt plz keep it up and focus on the out of stock items coz sometimes it become annoying deal wz more suppliers...thanks for the good work looking for more and good luck

Great packaging, fresh fruits and veggies, very fast delivery and freindly staff:) and they also have things that you might not find elsewhere. Better than some really famous brands tbh.. keep the great work👍
