Wer Atemübungen machen will ohne Meditations-Schnickschnack ist hier richtig. Eine Einstellung kann man selber ändern. Hier empfehle ich 4-0-8-0 Technik als beruhigende Atemtechnik.

I love this app. I can regulate my breathing so easily. And I like how the words increase and decrease in size. I wish I could change the color of the background screen but other than that it’s perfect

This is easily the best breath timer out there, with a few presets and the ability to create a custom pattern. Beautiful in every way! No ads, which is great.

Fantastic app but it would be even more terrific if it integrated with Apple health.

I have IBS and my doctor recommended I use a breathing app to regulate my heart rate. This is the best, most simple app out there! Used it on my android for years before finally switching over to iPhone, so happy it’s available here too
