The app would not load my ticket and the bus driver was very disrespectful

I downloaded this app after reading that it had brought support for using Apple Pay with the Marta network. I’ve attempted multiple times to follow the instructions laid out in the FAQ to enable Apple Pay as an ID in the app, but each time the app tries to charge my payment method in Apple Pay it freezes, locks up, and I have to force quit the app.

Every time I use up all the balance on the QR on the Home Screen it always leaves me with negative balance. I always have to end up deleting and reinstalling the app every single time to reset it.

Locks up when trying options. Have to delete and reload. Should be better than that MARTA

I hate this app! This is literally robbery at this point because I have bought multiple tickets, but magically they always disappear. Fix the app or create a better way for us everyday riders to commute, please and thank you!

Yeah, the UI is absolutely atrocious. And sure, it lacks some basic functionality that would be useful for a commuting app like train status and such. And OK, it feels like it was coded by a fourth grader. But. There is literally no reason to use this app - assuming it works - over getting a card if you’re a regular rider. Why? Getting and reloading an actual breeze card gets you discounted fares. Using and reloading the app - assuming it works - gets you. Nothing. You get nothing.

Buyer beware! Parents beware! I thought I would go "high tech" and purchase a Breeze card through the app in preparation for a fun weekend in the A with my child. Wrong move! I purchased two tickets and activated both without issue. The issue arose upon arrival at the MARTA station when I used the first ticket to scan my child through, then attempted to use the second ticket and hit a brick wall. Even though I clearly had two tickets, a 3 minute hold was activated, which resulted in my increasingly panicked child being stuck separated from me. Luckily, a few fellow MARTA riders saw the unfortunate situation and scanned me through on their pass. Southern hospitality FTW! Do better, MARTA! This is unacceptable. 🤬

App does not automatically update the balance remaining on your QR code. You need to manually tap the refresh button. Almost missed my bus because I thought I had $32.50 remaining instead of $2.50.
