Tried downloading and reloading the app. It crashes everyone I try to click on a bar near me or if I try to choose the list of bars. It is therefore unusable

If only this app would work.. Open it ups and no matter what you want from it after just a few taps the app crashes and closes.. Seriously disappointing, just pleased that their drinks are a lot better 🤷🏼‍♂️

Constantly crashes and also doesn’t remember login details for more than a few hours at most. Very annoying and has been like this for months.

App hasn’t been working for months and months. Shuts itself down or sticks on screen loading page when you try and open the bar location tab or if you try to open a bar on the map screen it shuts down. Tried deleting and reloading the app several times and have mentioned the issues to staff but it’s not been fixed. Clearly don’t give a hoot about their customers 😕

Could be so good but in its current form (and I believe it’s been around for a while) pointless! Bought efp shares and wondering why?

Does not work whatsoever

I can use the App to get my discount QR code but most other functions seem to crash the App instantly. It’s also not correctly laid out for the iPhone 14 Pro screen. Not great.

I joined EFP in round 1. I’ve got the photo I’d card, which I now believe I can’t use. Only this app. There’s 3 Brewdog apps. None of them actually work. There’s no EFP info or forum on the site anymore either. For a company boasting about its profits and increase in sales it’s pretty shocking.

App is just simply awful, constantly closing itself down. Deleted app 5 mins off of phone after installing. Quite obviously no maintenance has been performed for an extremely long time, this has made me think twice about ordering from their website
