Hat leider 20 min gedauert bis wir es geschafft hatten mit der App zu bezahlen. Der direkte Checkout beschwert sich die ganze Zeit über falsche Ländercodes die man jedoch nicht spezifizieren kann.

We‘ve been to Brewdog in Berlin and, as there were not enough service people, we thought let’s use the app. Sadly the app is … unusable. Aside from being ugly programmed (glorified web wrapper much?) there was only the option to order to go. But the beer was good at least 😊

The username and password I use for the website doesn’t work in this app. This means I cannot access my shareholder discount.. thanks BrewDog :(

Where has my discount gone? I cannot see it anywhere

Password not accepted for no apparent reason. Password reset does not work as no notification passcode is sent to reset. Besides this considering how much use I expect this app gets there is little to no investment in improving it which is a shame. The in bar experience could and should be so much better for a company such as this it just does not meet expectations.

I’m giving this two stars because it seems it may be useful. However it doesn’t update with the newest bars. Belfast is still missing from the list.

Why doesn’t the autofill function work?

Poor migration path, no idea how to get a discount despite my shares and using the same email from the website. A shame.
