I pay for 10 mbps and when I test it is only 4.7 mbps. When I stream shows it freezes, has buffering problems and tells me it is not connected to my internet. My modem is in the same room and my service is terrible and has been for almost a year. They did come out and replace the cable to the house but that did not help. I can not get a faster speed as this is the fastest for where I live. So what is my solution or do I try and find another provider. Thank you
App is slow and never works correctly. Never shows my devices. Can't control devices on my network.
I’ve asked multiple times for them to fix the app cause you can no longer view the devices connected to your network via the app. They state you can manage everything by the app when you actually CANNOT!
Problems problems! Took 6 appointments to get service started over 2.5 months time. From August into November. Took hour to set up bill pay because speed pay was not working. Only reason Brighton Speed has business is because they are monopoly in the area and people don’t have another choice! 40 mbs in north woods, and I can only get 20mbs at home, 1.5 miles outside Green Bay city limits.
I despise this company so much. I have auto draft but it never takes my payment. They confirmed auto draft and a good current card but I have to call them to pay them. I bought a Starlink Satellite and will install during Christmas holiday break and be done with this aggrivation.
Okay but not what is expected for the price
Have had no service for almost a month and been calling and still no one has come out. Finally called again to day now saying can’t get no one out til the 16th of December. This isn’t right. Thought about calling better business bureau. Oh sent me 3 white motoem. Crazy
What is the point of having an app if every single button you press on the app redirects you to the website?? There’s literally no point to downloading this app. Everything just takes you to the incredibly unhelpful website where literally none of your questions will be answered.
I signed up for new service and if I’m leaving able to use it for two days been without Internet service for several days terrible service.
