Where can I buy brilliant products? I’ve searched for an hour online.

Works just like Smart Life, but more. Supports all my devices. AND - it (unlike Smart Life) still supports IFTTT. So, if you have a RING, it’s the way to go!

I am another SmartLife transfer. Your continued support of IFTTT is a lifesaver. Just wish I could do more to say thanks.

Brilliant Smart was stable, versatile and seamlessly worked with Alexa. Now it is divorced from Alexa with server unresponsive error. All of the devices I have operating through it have to be exported to some other app. A tedious process I am not looking forward.

Upgraded and changed provider of NBN today and during the reconfig of the mesh network all Brilliant products failed to work with Google Home. After some hours working out the issue- I discovered after resetting the hardware, you could create and control an item creating a scene within the app, however, when creating a shortcut using this scene, the short cut would not work. (All previously made shortcuts failed to work) I do wonder if it is all other apps that Brilliant is not communicating with- not just Google H and Shortcuts. Highly frustrating as the hardware becomes redundant and ‘useless’ for the user, an NDIS participant that relies totally on voice control to operate the hardware. Any solutions?

A clean version of the Tuya / Smart Life app which works well, although could you please add dark mode, a feature both those apps include?

App works well for two months then ask devices reset and need to be set up again. Happens every two months and has been doing so for the past two years. Who the hell programmed this??????
