2FA locks me out
Code being sent to email is invalid. I can’t log in :(
Needs better bug testing
Went to change notifications after just signing up and the user interface bugged out and no way to get out of notification options. Pretty glaring app quality issue. Financial app need extensive testing to be trustworthy
App broken for months
Every time I submit the 2 factor authentication code, I just get a message that says “Error!”. Seriously? It’s been broken for MONTHS. Embarrassing from what used to be a very good app. Did nobody test this??
Bad
Such a great app but with zero reliability.
Update killed the app
2FA authentication doesn’t work on the app. Need to login through the website to view your account.
Error!
Always get the message “Error!” when trying to log in on the mobile app. No problems encountered on the browser version.
Going to cancel my card
It's been over 2 month that this app is broken and keeps asking for stupid security code.It says alot about the quayi should expect from this bank and their product.
Really?
Product manager should be laid off as this is so so so bad!
Can’t login
Great app…asks for security code and once I get it via email, says “Error!” Tried to re-send and still get error. Restart the app and try another code, still error. How useless when on a trip!
