국내 창고로 일단 배송 후 리팩해서 해외배송 해주는 시스템인데 국내 배송만 일주일 넘게 걸리는데다가 2차 결제(관세 등) 후 일주일 후에 배송중입니다 알림 쳐 오는데다 무료배송 하는데 하한금액도 있어서 그냥 지마켓 해외배송 쓰는게 낫겠다 싶음

When I view an item its in Korean, please make items also be in English language so we don’t have to screenshot to translate them, that’d be great :)

This company does its job of ordering & shipping to your place but unfortunately you can really do anything about refund/ return/ exchange when there’s something wrong with the product you received. You pay a lot for the international shipping fee and if you get a damaged product or something wrong, there’s nothing you can do about it. FYI

Highly recommend if you live in the outside of Korea. 3 highlights; Fast delivery, affordable price, and good product you wanted to buy from Korea :)

I've been shopping with bringko for about 1.5 years now, and I've noticed that as of recently it takes them a lot longer to process and ship out orders than before. I still use their services because it is undeniably convenient and there are a lot of things in Korea that still aren't available in the US, but it's a bit disappointing that they're not as speedy as they used to be. For contrast, before it used to take 1.5-2 weeks for a bringko order to arrive to my house whereas now it takes 3 or a bit longer. Also, sometimes I find it difficult adding products to cart or the add to cart button doesn't appear at all at times.

Now they are changing $2 per item. I added 10 items and the service charge was $20!! It was too much for sure. Some of the items were like $1-2 and i had to pay more than what the actual items cost. Time to look for a different company

I ordered pimple patches on this app and it costed in total 5.94 which is perfect. But then a few days pasted and they send me an email about a overseas fee, that I have to pay which is basically a second payment which is kinda outrageous. On top of the that the fee is 28.32 Literally how is the “shipping fee” like 4 times that the actual product. I get this product is from Korea but the price should’ve been stated clear just once and that’s it. Now what if I pay the 28 dollars and then I have to make a surprising 3rd fee, but either way it’s too much so if you guys are going to buy from this app just don’t, it’s not worth it.

브링코 앱에는 국산 브랜드 제품들을 한눈에 볼 수 있어서 너무 편리한것 같아요~아기용품은 물론 어른들 용품까지 다 있구요~무엇보다 한국에서 택배 보내고 받는 일이 번거로움이 많았는데 이제는 브링코를 통해 쉽게 받아 볼 수 있어서 감사하답니다!
