I have not been able to open my tickets and as you need the phone to get into the game. Frustrating. Really slow and so is the website.

I love the Brisbane lions football club and I love the Brisbane Queensland city it my favourite city number 1 Brisbane Queensland

I love the Lions, but for members this is the worst app I’ve ever used. The user experience is horrific and it’s super buggy. It’s like it was developed by a drunk 14 year old on work experience. C’mon Telstra or Ticketmaster or whoever created this app: start again and create a half decent experience. It’s hard to list any specific bugs because it’s all bad.

Go the Lions let’s show them that we are not going to give an inch we have the know how and the talent and the spirit

The deal with Ticketmaster if just full of issues, conflicts of interest and the most least user friendly platform going around. I really dont know where to start, confusing actions, misleading information, issues with passwords do l need to go on? I am sure these are well known at least l hope so. Really to get a ticket to the football should not be this hard, l even sacrificed 4 guest passes to test the platform, the information was so confusing. What’s with the 72 hr access rubbish? Thats just too hard to get your head around, a bar code thats not a barcode? Because of fraud really! It sounds like another….. head office deal and we the supporters are stuck with it.
